The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Spanish.



We are helping a company in the investment management and natural resource industry with a completely new position. You will be an IT generalist, and will support their IT infrastructure (Office 365, Windows servers, networks), and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP. They are in the early stages of this implementation, and it's an exciting time to get involved, and make this position your own.

What you will do and how you will make an impact …

  • You will split your time between IT Support and ERP support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. For the first few months in this position, the focus of your role will be to support the ERP implementation. You will work very closely with the vendor to oversee this project.



  • You will support users in multiple locations. You will also travel to branches across North America a few times a year.



  • You will troubleshoot Level 1 – 3 user issues and will support this company’s servers and networks.



  • You will troubleshoot issues with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and train employees with the ERP. You will work closely with the vendor when needed as well.

  • You have experience supporting an ERP system and troubleshooting issues



  • You enjoy working on a variety of tasks at a time, and being a generalist



  • You have proven experience supporting the Microsoft Suite of products and working in a hybrid environment (a mix of Azure and on premise servers)



  • You are bilingual, and are fluent in English and Spanish



Qualifications



  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting a company’s IT infrastructure (Windows servers and networks)


  • Proven experience supporting an ERP system
