Typical Day in Role:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to Group Benefit customers to secure their consent for directing their case to a preferred pharmacy. In addition, you'll explain the advantages of our Case Management program, which offers patients extra care and support for managing their treatment and pharmacy-related needs. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to Group Benefit customers to obtain consent for redirecting their case to a designated pharmacy.
  • Provide clear explanations of the Case Management program, including its features and benefits.
  • Address customer inquiries related to group benefits, pharmacy options, and the Case Management program.
  • Accurately document and update customer interactions and consent in the system in a timely manner.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster positive relationships with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.


Candidate Requirements/Must-Have Skills:

  1. Bilingual proficiency in English and French (both written and spoken) is required. While the role will primarily be conducted in English, the ability to manage French-language requests is essential.
  2. Prior customer service experience, especially in a phone-based role, is preferred.
  3. Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and communication.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with the Canadian healthcare system and pharmaceutical drugs is an asset.


Education:

  • Minimum of high school completion.
