Responsibilities:

  1. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services such as maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
  2. Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  3. Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  4. Assist in budgeting processes and monitor office expenses.
  5. Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  6. Handle payroll duties and collaborate with the HR department when needed.
  7. Supervise office clerks and provide guidance on daily tasks.
  8. Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.

Experience:

  1. Proven experience in vendor management and office administration.
  2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  3. Proficiency in budgeting processes and financial management.
  4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  5. Experience with payroll procedures is a plus.
