Role Overview:
As an Event Sales Coordinator at Vivid, you will play a crucial role in our team, leading sales efforts during our events. Your focus will be on engaging directly with attendees, promoting our initiatives, and driving successful outcomes for our events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage sales activities at retail and pop-up events, with the goal of maximizing engagement and revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with event participants, sponsors, and community members to enhance their overall experience.
- Engage with attendees in person to provide information about our products, services, and the causes we support.
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, such as brochures and promotional items, to increase event visibility.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that event sales targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, event coordination, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer engagement.
