The opportunity

Our Contract Administration Department is an integral part of our business and is accountable for providing critical core business/technical knowledge, problem resolution expertise and support throughout the life cycle of CWB National Leasing customer agreements.

Our Bilingual Collections Officers are the face and voice of CWB National leasing providing our “Customer First” approach to collections and negotiate equitable solutions to achieve the best possible outcome for both parties.

The day-to-day
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns

  • Secure payments in a professional, equitable and timely manner

  • Work in partnership with clients to resolve disputes and negotiate best possible solutions

  • Exercise discretion and respect the confidentiality of all customer and vendor transactions

  • Manage customer files / make decisions with respect to file acceleration (next steps i.e. repossession, write off, legal action)

Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from
  • Fluently bilingual (French and English).

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in: Administration or Client Services within Banking, Financial Services, Credit or Collections.

  • Ability to accurately set up and clearly document payment arrangements.

  • Capability to think proactively and resolve problems logically and efficiently.

  • Keen attention to detail with proven experience maintaining accurate documentation.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Intermediate in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn other applications and programs.

  • Working knowledge of compliance laws pertaining to Collections would be considered a strong asset.

Nos agents de recouvrement bilingues sont le visage et la voix de CWB National Leasing, en offrant notre approche de recouvrement " Priorité au client " et en négociant des solutions équitables afin d'obtenir le meilleur résultat possible pour les deux parties.

Le quotidien
  • Répondre aux demandes de renseignements et aux préoccupations des clients

  • Sécuriser les paiements de manière professionnelle, équitable et opportune.

  • Travailler en partenariat avec les clients pour régler les différends et négocier les meilleures solutions possible.

  • Faire preuve de discrétion et respecter la confidentialité de toutes les transactions effectuées avec les clients et les fournisseurs.

  • Gérer les dossiers des clients / prendre des décisions concernant le traitement accéléré des dossiers (étapes suivantes : reprise de possession, radiation, action en justice).

Connaissances de base et expérience à capitaliser
  • Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais).

  • Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans : l'administration ou les services à la clientèle dans le secteur bancaire, les services financiers, le crédit ou le recouvrement.

  • Capacité à établir avec exactitude et à documenter clairement les modalités de paiement.

  • Capacité de penser de manière proactive et de résoudre les problèmes de manière logique et efficace.

  • Un vif souci du détail et une expérience avérée dans la tenue précise de la documentation.

  • Capacité à respecter un haut niveau de confidentialité et à prospérer dans un environnement en évolution rapide.

  • Compétences intermédiaires en MS Office et capacité d'apprendre les autres applications et programmes rapidement.

  • Connaissance pratique des lois de conformité applicables au recouvrement serait considérée comme un atout important.
