We are seeking a Senior Digital Consultant with experience delivering lovable digital solutions. This role will have a direct involvement in solving unique and complex challenges faced by our clients across various industries and technologies.


Key Responsibilities

  • User Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries, and usability testing, to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze complex systems to understand user journeys and create actionable insights that inform digital solutions.
  • Facilitation of Workshops: Lead workshops with stakeholders, including ideation sessions, journey mapping, and co-creation activities, to collaboratively explore solutions and align on strategic goals. Utilize design thinking methodologies to drive consensus and foster innovative thinking.
  • Journey Mapping and Solution Design: Map user journeys and workflows based on research findings. Synthesize data to develop personas, identify key user interactions, and propose digital solutions that enhance user experience and business objectives. Finally Iteratively design and refine solutions through low- to high-fidelity prototyping
  • Project Execution: Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and product teams to translate user research insights into actionable requirements. Ensure alignment and successful execution of digital solutions from concept to launch.
  • Product Documentation: Produce clear, comprehensive documentation related to product features, requirements, market analysis, and user personas.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular and effective communication with clients, providing strategic guidance, progress updates, and addressing concerns.
  • Mentoring and Capability Building: Mentor junior consultants and support the Lead Consultant in developing the team’s UX research and consulting capabilities. Share best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Proposal Development: Assist Partners and the sales team in developing proposals by providing input on research methodologies, user experience strategy, and digital solutions.


Must-have Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • UX Research Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX research, digital consulting, or a related role with a strong focus on user research, journey mapping, and digital strategy.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to analyze complex systems, identify key user pain points, and translate findings into actionable strategies and solutions.
  • Design Thinking Expertise: Proven experience leading projects and teams through the design thinking process, including ideation, prototyping, and testing phases.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital technologies, platforms, and the software development lifecycle. Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation to inform UX strategy.
  • Communication and Facilitation: Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Experience facilitating workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, and leading collaborative design sessions.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to assess business models, understand market dynamics, and identify opportunities for digital innovation and value creation.

Compensation

Total Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000 per year
