Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively manage office operations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage office operations, including coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Handle phone systems, manage front desk activities, and supervise administrative staff.
  • Assist in human resources tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and training development.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Ensure the smooth running of office systems.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Experience in vendor management and procurement is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic human resources functions is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time
