We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Supervisor to join our team and help lead our store to success.

Job Description: As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bubble tea store. You will ensure that all staff are delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and preparing beverages to our high standards. You will also handle administrative tasks and assist with inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and support store staff, ensuring all team members are providing excellent customer service.
  2. Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff.
  3. Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  4. Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed.
  5. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and checking deliveries.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  7. Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  8. Assist in creating staff schedules and managing time-off requests.
  9. Promote and maintain a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or hospitality is a plus.
  2. Previous supervisory experience in a retail or food service environment preferred.
  3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  5. Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  7. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
