Store Supervisor Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at MACS STORE. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales staff to duties, authorize returns of merchandise, and sell merchandise to customers, ensuring that our store is always stocked with the latest products and that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improving store performance.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience at our store.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that our store is always stocked with the latest products and that our customers have access to the products they need.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that our store is secure and safe for customers and staff, including maintaining basic security clearance and adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other members of the store management team to achieve our goals and objectives, and communicate effectively with staff and customers to ensure that everyone is informed and up-to-date.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Experience in retail management or a related field is an asset.
- Work Setting: We are willing to relocate and will cover relocation costs for the right candidate.
- Security and Safety: Basic security clearance is required.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential for this role.
- Work Term: This is a permanent position.
- Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
