Qualifications:
- Bring a minimum of 3+ years of high-volume and full, end-to-end lifecycle recruitment experience to the table
- Flexibility and adaptability are your middle names – you thrive in change and ambiguity.
- Navigate the social media landscape and alternative sourcing/advertising channels like a pro.
- Exercise discretion and tact when dealing with confidential information and sensitive situations.
- Showcase your proficient computer skills, including mastery of the MS Office suite.
- Working knowledge of navigating a LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter considered an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field considered an asset.
