Our client is in need of a leader to help run all office and accounting tasks. This includes continuing with or building new processes and using your experience to make our office run as smoothly as possible. Responsibilities

  • Completion of all bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks
  • Completion of HST returns, government remittances & ROE’s
  • Completing bi-monthly Payroll using QuickBooks, Rise payment software
  • Use of FreshBooks for all invoicing and credit card payments
  • Full cycle Payables/Receivables
  • Developing strategic planning deliverables & forecasts for both revenue and payables
  • Interface with management team members to aid and ensure all targets are being met
  • Assist the CEO with ongoing business administration tasks
  • Interface with existing accountant firm to complete annual year-end statements
  • Bringer of smiles to a friendly, vibrant company staff
