Job Title: Financial AdministratorAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for performing administrative duties, bookkeeping, and financial management tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative duties: answering calls, receiving/sending/sorting couriers and mail, welcoming visitors.
  • Bookkeeping: AR/AP, daily banking requirements, maintaining and organizing filing systems.
  • Supporting the team: assisting with copying, form preparation, document preparation, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of bookkeeping and administrative experience, preferably in a developer or property management company.
  • Spectra Property Management software experience is important.
  • Excellent organizational skills, computer knowledge, and typing skills.
  • Prior use of a major online banking platform.
