Commercial Sales Representative

You will use your expertise to:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, including property managers, builders, and developers.
- Attend on-site estimates, review project blueprints, and create accurate proposals based on project specifications.
- Understand and comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards related to commercial painting.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, cold calling and strategic outreach.
- Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Conduct job site visits to oversee project progress, address client concerns, and ensure quality control.
- Assist with payment collection and contract negotiations.
Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales and project execution process

- 2 years of proven sales success, preferably in B2B or commercial sales.
- Knowledge of commercial processes, building codes, and job site safety protocols.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to close sales and maximize profitability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Alignment with our values of safety, integrity, and customer commitment.
Valid Drivers license
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Painting or construction industry experience (will train the right candidate).
- Familiarity with estimating software and cost analysis for commercial projects.
- A self-motivated mindset with a drive for business development and lead generation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- A continuous improvement mindset to enhance sales strategies and processes.
Where you'll be working, your work schedule, and other meaningful information:
- You will work out of our office located in Calgary, AB, with regular site visits to commercial properties.
- Full-time position with a base salary, commission, and bonus structure.
- Occasional after-hours support may be required for client meetings or urgent business needs.
