Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Project Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience in civil construction, specifically in water and sewer installation. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring projects meet timeline and quality requirements. You will collaborate with project managers, field teams, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules, manage resources, and uphold our commitment to safety and compliance standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and resources, supporting successful execution of water and sewer infrastructure projects.
  • Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage procurement, materials, and resources needed for project milestones.
  • Ensure all site documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including work orders, change orders, and safety records.
  • Monitor project progress and help identify and resolve issues to maintain productivity and quality.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to support project supervision, quality assurance, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Assist in managing project risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring adherence to budget and time constraints.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports, meeting notes, and other project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support project closeout activities, including documentation collection and post-construction evaluations.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in civil construction, with a focus on water and sewer installation.
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards for water and sewer installation projects.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
