Key Responsibilities:- Support Project Managers and Site Superintendents in administering project plans and ensuring field operations are executed efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining and updating maintenance scope and asset lists based on contract change management frameworks.
- Work closely with the VDC team to identify and resolve issues, and provide support in setting up billing schedules with clients.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, sub-trades, and suppliers.
- Ensure project health, safety, and environmental standards meet legislated requirements and company policy.
- Undergraduate degree in engineering or construction management.
- Eligible for, or have attained, E.I.T., P. Eng., CET, or PQS designations.
- 2-5 years' experience in project coordination, supplemented by other aspects of construction management, including cost estimating and direct project management.
- Facilities Systems knowledge would be an asset.
- Ability to forge, grow, and maintain positive relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet time demands of unpredictable activities.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals.
