In this role, you will be responsible for growing the business with the objective of increasing production and promoting sales to support the achievement of the Broad Market regional sales plan.

You will be responsible for relationship management for key Advisors and sales case and practice management for Advisors aligned to you. You will help recruit new Advisors to PPI by working with our Strategic Growth team. You will connect internally to the resources, tools and education to enhance the Advisors’ professional success and work in collaboration with your counterparts in the High Net Worth (HNW), Wealth and Strategic Relationships sales teams.

Responsibilities:
  1. Increase sales amongst key Advisors and AGAs
  2. Complete Business Plan/KYA to understand Advisor’s business and develop and strengthen relationships, including:
  1. Succession
  2. Business Planning
  3. Marketing
  4. Prospecting
  5. Practice Management
  6. Compliance
Develop an understanding of Advisors’ knowledge base and objectives to foster reliance and partnership for case workFoster relationships and support inside/outside PPI (DAS, Investments, Wholesalers, etc.)Actively participate in industry events to promote the PPI brand and value propositionJob Knowledge / Work Experience:
  1. 8 Years of industry experience
  2. Previous insurance sales experience is an asset
  3. Deep understanding of family and business insurance landscape, product and concept knowledge
  4. Clear understanding of PPI tools and resources
  5. Understanding of HNW market
  6. Clear and effective communicator – including verbal, written and presentation skills
  7. Organized with proven ability to focus on primary tasks
  8. Adaptable with the flexibility to react quickly to Advisors’ needs
Education, Certifications or Licenses:
  1. Life licensed
  2. CFP & CLU designations (or working towards)
