Full job descriptionJob Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who also has a background in bookkeeping to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle office tasks, bookkeeping, and assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Duties:- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents
- Invoicing clients
- Manage and coordinate client appointments
- Respond to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally
- Provide general administrative support to staff and visitors
- Maintain the office bookkeeping with QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficiency in computerized systems including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where your skills will be valued. Working hours may fluctuate slightly each week but mainly afternoon/early evening hours are needed and the occasional Saturday morning. If you are a proactive individual with a passion for administrative work and experience with bookkeeping, we encourage you to apply for this role.

Pay:$16.55-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours:10 – 15 per week
Schedule:- Monday to Friday
