Vos responsabilités Fournir du soutien au(x) leader(s) du service en matière de planification et de gestion du temps. Exécuter et coordonner les activités administratives telles que la collecte et l’enregistrement des données, la préparation et la révision des rapports, le suivi des transactions et des rapports connexes en s’assurant de répondre aux normes de qualité élevées du service. Répondre aux demandes de renseignements internes et/ou externes. Assurer la gestion efficace des dossiers comme les factures, les dépenses ainsi que la mise à jour des fichiers électroniques et physiques. Effectuer la mise en page des documents variés comme des rapports, des textes, des tableaux et des graphiques. Participer à la préparation de l’ensemble des activités relatives aux rencontres internes et externes.
Votre profil
  • Diplôme d’études secondaires et études postsecondaires en administration de bureau ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de sept (7) à dix (10) années d’expérience pertinente.
  • Expérience reconnue en soutien administratif dans les domaines financier et juridique.
  • Aptitude démontrée à faire preuve de jugement et de discrétion.
  • Aptitude à communiquer efficacement verbalement et par écrit dans les deux langues officielles compte tenu des responsabiltés associées au poste.
  • Connaissances avancées des applications et outils informatiques tels qu’Excel, Word et PowerPoint.
  • Capacité à gérer des tâches multiples et à travailler dans un environnement où le respect des échéanciers est essentiel.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des initiatives.
  • Connaissance du système intégré SAP (atout).
