What you’ll do:
- Lead a team of high-performing Product Managers to ensure we build great products that help our customers pay their employees efficiently
- Create and execute the Pay product vision and strategy, aligning with customer needs and 7shifts goals while defining and delivering key results
- Foster high-trust relationships with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Success, Support, and Sales
- Engage with users to identify value opportunities and build relationships to serve our users better
- Drive the pace of shipping and learning across teams, ensuring ease of use and high-quality
What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management in a SaaS space, with a preference for those with fintech or payroll experience
- Proven track record of leading high-performing PMs and managing executive-level relationships — You’re a great leader, but also know how to do the work yourself
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills — You bring out the best in others, enable impactful work, and excel at working cross-functionally
- Ability to break down complex concepts — You make them simple, clear, and human
- Experience in customer-focused environments — you focus on customer insights, and deep data analysis, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a bias toward action
- Familiarity with product-led growth — you understand product marketing and key functions for successful adoption
It’d be even cooler if you had:
- Experience managing products and teams in fintech, payroll, or money movement
- Background in data or analytics
- Previous experience in the restaurant-tech industry
