What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or Agile certification is a strong plus.
- Proven Expertise: At least 10 years of experience leading agile projects with a deep understanding of programming concepts and software development processes.
- Agile Mastery: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-faceted project schedules, balance expectations, and meet critical deadlines.
- Strategic Thinker: Skilled in planning sprints, scrums, and other agile ceremonies, with a talent for aligning project goals with business objectives.
- Leadership Excellence: Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Architectural Alignment: Ability to drive alignment across teams on architecture and delineation of responsibilities between platforms and product services.
Your Role at Steelcon:
As Agile Project Manager, you will be at the helm of our most critical digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that projects are executed flawlessly and deliver tangible business results. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership & Execution: Drive multiple agile project schedules, manage expectations, and ensure all milestones are achieved on time.
- Strategic Alignment: Structure and manage project scope to ensure it aligns with Steelcon’s strategic goals.
- Agile Facilitation: Plan and facilitate sprints, scrums, and other agile ceremonies to keep teams focused and productive.
- Stakeholder Communication: Lead meetings and presentations that keep all stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned with project objectives.
- Risk Management: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Evolve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting & Strategy: Provide regular project updates to senior management and participate in high-level strategic planning sessions.
