We are seeking a seasoned Manager of Digital Advertising Operations to lead our clients digital advertising team at an exciting.
Our client works with companies across all sectors and verticals, delivering marketing executions that amplify brand messaging, motivate action, and drive results.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of their clients' advertising campaigns by optimizing ad operations, enhancing strategy development, and driving digital advertising efforts to the next level.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep expertise in digital advertising operations, including omni-channel campaign management, budget monitoring and pacing, tracking implementation, and technical integrations. This person will also be a key client-facing leader, collaborating closely with clients to meet and exceed their goals.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong background in ad operations.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Deep understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and A/B testing strategies.
- Must have Google Ads and Analytics certifications; Meta Blueprint and other advertising certifications are a bonus.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Tag Manager and tracking implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of DSPs, ad servers, analytics tools (Adriel, Google Analytics, etc.), and CRM integrations (Zapier).
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Good client-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
- Guide and mentor the digital advertising team, creating a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Work with leadership, account managers, and creative teams to align digital ad strategies with company objectives.
- Keep up with industry trends and integrate best practices into campaigns.
- Develop and streamline ad operations processes to boost efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Drive growth by identifying and pursuing new service and revenue opportunities.
Budget Pacing & Management:
- Manage advertising budgets across all channels, ensuring campaigns are on time and within budget.
- Set up systems to monitor and adjust budgets dynamically to maximize return on investment.
- Regularly review budget management processes to find and fix inefficiencies.
Campaign Results Tracking & Reporting:
- Use tools like GA4, Adriel, and others to track and report campaign performance across various platforms.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaigns.
- Lead A/B testing efforts to refine and enhance campaign results.
- Assist account teams in presenting detailed performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for growth.
Technical Operations & Integrations:
- Manage and optimize third-party ad platforms, DSPs, and other advertising tech.
- Oversee the integration of lead data into client CRMs using tools like Zapier.
- Ensure all tech integrations run smoothly, with accurate and timely data flow.
- Implement and manage tracking solutions via Google Tag Manager for precise data collection and analysis.
Client Relations & Communications:
- Act as the main contact for key clients, ensuring their digital ad needs are met.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, provide strategic advice, and optimize their campaigns.
- Communicate complex technical details and campaign results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Establish quality assurance processes to make sure all campaigns meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and data privacy laws.
- Monitor and resolve any issues related to ad quality, delivery, and performance.
Team Development & Knowledge Sharing:
- Provide ongoing training and development for the digital advertising team.
- Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
- Lead team meetings and strategy sessions to keep everyone aligned on goals and objectives.
