As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Stoney Creek location.

Position Overview:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Stoney Creek branch operations, including sales, service dispatching, operations, and team management. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive business growth, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

  • Provide strong leadership to the Stoney Creek branch team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage and mentor branch staff, including technicians, service dispatchers, and administrative personnel.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between branch staff and other company locations.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for service dispatching and operations using Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve branch revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Stoney Creek and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Financial Management:

  • Manage branch budget, including expenses, revenue, and profitability.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting using QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop.
  • Analyze financial data to make informed business decisions.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and problem resolution.
  • Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Implement initiatives to improve customer retention and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the commercial overhead door and loading dock industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent organizational and operational management abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
