Closing the Gap is one of Ontario’s largest healthcare companies and we welcome candidates who have experience leading and supervising a team. We have 2 roles, one is a permanent position and the other is a contract role for one year with a strong possibility to be extended in a permanent role. Both roles are in a hybrid environment of home and in-office based in our St. Thomas office.

What you will be doing:

  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the services your staff will provide to the community.
  • You thrive on being a self-starter and can work well under minimal supervision.
  • You can work in a team but are proven to be reliable while working independently.
  • You are a problem solver at heart and when problems do arise you are able to find solutions and able to provide the best customer service possible.
  • You are driven and thrive off delivering the best service possible to staff and clients.
  • RN or RPN with active registration and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Solid background in a healthcare setting and comfortable in dealing with clients who have dynamic and complex cases.
  • Highly organized, with ability to multitask conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Supervisory or managerial experience is an asset but not required.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
