• This is a 12 month contract position
• Flexible working hours may be considered based on project requirements.
• Hybrid model with the need for 2-3 days of presence on site
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
TOP MUST HAVES:
*Candidate must be fluent in French and English
*5 years experience as an HR Generalist
*Familiarity of Canada Labor Laws/Regulations - ** Quebec Labor Laws specifically **
*Experience using HRIS (Workday, etc)
*Outside of the box thinker.
*Experience w/ non-unionized environment is okay
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience (3-5 years) as a recruitment specialist or in a similar role, with a focus on high-volume recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong understanding of both salaried and unionized employee recruitment processes.
