Position Title: Office Manager

Position Overview: MetaFactor is hiring a Calgary-based Office Manager to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the overall efficiency of the workplace environment. The role also includes marketing and sales support tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • We will only consider and shortlist Alberta-based candidates for interview.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Management:
  • Oversee and coordinate office operations and procedures.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
HR and Personnel Support:

Financial and Budget Management:

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
Website and Social Media Development:
  • Develop blog articles using industry and technical research.
  • Maintain company websites with periodic updates.
  • Develop and maintain LinkedIn presence for the company with regular updates.
