What You'll Do:
The Inside Sales Manager is about more than just managing a team—it's about building strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading a team that delivers results.
Reporting to the VP, of Dealership Solutions, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our inside sales team, with the opportunity to expand and refine the department as the business grows.
You'll oversee the Customer Care Team, manage a portfolio of key accounts, spearhead business development efforts (SDR activities), and lead our Route Sales Representatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Customer Care Team, ensuring they provide top-tier support while driving sales.
• Manage and support the Route Sales Representatives, ensuring they are aligned with company sales goals and delivering exceptional service.
• Shape the future of inside sales, working closely with leadership to refine processes and potentially expand the team with additional SDRs or Inside Sales Managers.
• Manage key customer accounts, strengthening relationships and identifying new growth opportunities.
• Drive business development through hands-on SDR activities, including prospecting, outreach, and lead generation and nurturing to help fuel business growth.
• Track performance and key sales metrics, using data to optimize strategies and improve efficiency.
• Analyze sales data and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize performance.
• Collaborate across departments, ensuring seamless communication between inside sales, field sales, and customer support teams.
What You Bring:
• Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, and business development.
• Leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong sales acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to scale and refine inside sales operations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to track KPIs and optimize sales processes.
• Experience in the dealership industry is an asset but not required.
