Overview: Join our team as a proactive and results-driven Business Development and Sales Executive. You'll drive business growth, generate leads, and manage sales activities, ensuring the smooth operation of the store through key holder responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
  • Identify potential clients via networking events, social media, referrals, and industry connections
  • Develop and implement strategies for business development to drive sales growth and expand the customer base
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends

Sales and Upselling:
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Lead Generation:
  • Generate leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and other outreach methods
  • Promptly follow up on leads and customer inquiries
  • Maintain detailed records of lead generation activities and outcomes

Client Sourcing and Marketing:
  • Attract new clients through marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote products and services
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and advertisements

Client Relation Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any client concerns or issues
  • Keep clients informed about new products, promotions, and store events

Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage customer orders, update inventory, and maintain store records
  • Coordinate logistics for product pickups and deliveries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Key Holder Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
  • Conduct regular inventory updates and manage stock levels
  • Reach out to vendors for product sourcing and partnership opportunities

Skills and Qualifications:
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Initiative and continuous improvement mindset

Hard Skills:
  • Proficient in following up on customer orders and leads
  • Capable of coordinating logistics (pickup/drop-off)
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and basic computer skills
  • Basic marketing knowledge
  • Ability to consistently hit sales targets

Requirements:
  • Own means of transportation
  • Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience (preferably in electronics or appliances)
  • Basic knowledge of appliances (willing to learn)
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and assist in general labor if needed
