Our client, a health-oriented food company, is currently looking for an Interim senior human resources manager to join its dynamic and motivated team. Full-time. Permanent. Responsibilities - Execute internal HR strategy aligned with company goals ; - Provide leadership on retention, performance, and benefits strategy ; - Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives ; - Manage Health & Dental Benefit program and wellness initiatives ; - Develop HR analytics and metrics ; - Establish remote-first working principles ; - Oversee internal training development ; - Lead employee benefits plan development ; - Analyze HR metrics and maintain budget ; - Manage headcount planning and analytics ; - Support managers in employee relations issues ; - Resolve legal issues with external HR and Legal teams ; - Ensure compliance with federal law and maintain policies ; - Represent management in Health and Safety Committee ; - Lead disability management and return-to-work programs. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree ; - CHRP/CHRL certification preferred - Minimum 7 years progressive Human Resources experience including 3 years in management ; - Payroll and time management system experience ; - Strong Health & Safety background ; - HRIS system management experience ; - Proficiency in the Office suite ; - Knowledgeable on Ontario HR legal issues ; - Collaboration with business leaders on initiatives ; - Change management leadership capability ; - Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills ; - Conflict resolution and negotiation skills ; - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
