Responsibilities:

  1. Warmly greet and welcome guests with professionalism and friendliness upon their arrival.
  2. Efficiently manage incoming calls, scheduling, and billing.
  3. Address customer inquiries promptly and offer basic customer support as needed.
  4. Adequate knowledge of using physiotherapy modalities and demonstrating exercises to patients.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in medical terminology is preferred to effectively communicate with guests and healthcare professionals.
  2. Experience of working in a physiotherapy clinic is a plus.
  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  4. Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor.
  5. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
