In this role, you will be integral to delivering exceptional service and support to our clients, helping them maximize the value of OSG's offerings. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and provide expert guidance to enhance their workplace safety. Whether working with small businesses or large enterprises across various industries, every day will be a new challenge and an opportunity to make a real impact.
This is a full-time, permanent position located out of our London, ON office.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer personalized support to clients (via email, phone, or digital messaging), ensuring they fully benefit from OSG's training, consulting, and online services.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client questions, resolve issues, and ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor client progress, identify areas for improvement, and proactively address challenges to enhance the client experience.
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to strengthen workplace safety.
Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to offer clients up-to-date solutions.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional OSG products and services.
Proactively reach out to clients prior to certificate expirations for renewals.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong Communication Skills: Clear, empathetic communication is essential to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Client-Centric Focus: A passion for understanding client needs and providing customized solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Problem-Solving Ability: Strong critical thinking and the capacity to collaborate with internal teams to resolve client challenges.
Effective Time Management: Ability to handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously while ensuring timely follow-ups and proactive engagement.
Empathy and Patience: A compassionate approach to client concerns, with the ability to de-escalate situations when needed.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams within OSG to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Experience:
Prior experience in Client Success, Customer Support, or a related role is preferred. Experience in a B2B or service-driven environment is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.

Compensation: OSG offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health and dental coverage. The on-target earnings (OTE) for this position is $46,000, with a base salary of $40,000 and a performance-based bonus of $6,000.
