We are seeking a dedicated and organized Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team and help ensure our guests enjoy a memorable, comfortable stay.Key Responsibilities:As a Hotel Managing Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our lodge and coordinate staff to maintain high standards of service. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising and coordinating front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Training and mentoring team members on best practices in customer service, cleanliness, and hotel protocols. Assisting in staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and peak times. Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance the guest experience. Managing inventory and ordering necessary supplies for housekeeping, front desk, and other departments. Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure they meet cleanliness and maintenance standards. Implementing health and safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and regulations.Qualifications: Experience in hotel or hospitality management experience preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to guest needs.
