Currie. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, uphold service excellence, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Duties: - Plan, organize, and oversee daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction - Develop, implement, and evaluate operational policies and procedures - Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses - Negotiate with suppliers for materials, equipment, and services - Recruit, train, and supervise staff, and establish work schedules - Conduct staff performance reviews and training sessions as required - Participate in developing pricing and promotional strategies - Negotiate with clients for facility use for meetings, receptions, and events - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations and company standards - Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly - Arrange for and oversee maintenance and repair activities - Assist guests with special needs and maintain an inclusive environment Requirements: - 1-2 years of progressive experience in the accommodation or hospitality industry, including supervisory experience - Completion of a college diploma or university degree in hotel management, business - administration, hospitality, or a related discipline - Strong English communication skills - Excellent organizational and leadership abilities How to apply: Email your resume to (subject: Hotel Manager).
