Sales Account Executive - Global Marketing Tech Scale-Up Canada (Toronto) - HybridDigital Marketing Lead Generation Social Ads $75k + uncapped commission Our client is a high-growth, tech-powered lead generation business with a global presence and a serious track record in performance marketing. They drive customer acquisition through paid social, paid search, native, display and organic channels, and they're scaling fast.They're now looking for a high-performing Account Executive to take full ownership of outbound sales, run a powerful multi-channel outreach strategy, and convert enterprise-level opportunities across key markets. What You'll Be DoingBuild and qualify targeted prospect lists across core verticals - Medical (Botox), Asset Management, Insurance, Home Improvement Run multi-touch outreach through email sequences, cold calls, LinkedIn and video (Vidyard)Profile strategic accounts and engage senior stakeholders with a strong value propositionOwn the full sales cycle from first outreach to closing new clientsAttend industry events and trade shows where relevantManage your pipeline through the CRM with precisionBuild long-term client relationships and ensure smooth transitions into ongoing partnershipsStay on top of market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunitiesTake part in continuous training to level up your sales craft What We're Looking For4-5 years' experience as an Account Executive (ideally across multiple companies)Lead Generation sales experience and a thorough understanding of digital marketing / sales Strong background in enterprise selling + full-cycle ownershipConfident with outbound prospecting strategies and modern sales toolsExperience with Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo or similarThrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentCommercially sharp, curious, and brilliant at building rapport What's on Offer20 days' holidayHybrid working 2 days a week in the officeInclusive, supportive culture with real growth opportunitiesGlobal knowledge-sharing sessionsFull benefits package (health, dental, life insurance etc.)High-quality equipment (MacBook, peripherals)Access to mental-health support
