Link Haus is looking to hire a "ground floor" go-getter whose role will grow with the business as it commences lift off.

Link Haus is a Toronto-based specialty gourmet sausage concept that currently offers over three dozen unique, amazing and delicious fresh sausage products.

We are looking for a solid, reliable staff member to help bring the business to the next level.

The original core of the business was online ordering and home delivery, but since then the project has expanded and will be growing by leaps and bounds over the next year.

After two years of operation, the business will shortly be moving to a new, larger production kitchen with a storefront, and will be involved in multiple farmers markets, on-going pop ups, and festivals.


Link Haus has been a one-person operation thus far, but the time has come to bring someone on board to help out with this new phase of the business's life and assist the owner in a wide variety of tasks.

To start, we are offering a three month contract to start with an expected workload of approx. 30 hrs/week at a rate of $22.00/hr.

Toward the end of the contract period the opportunity to remain on board as Link Haus's first full time employee will be discussed.

Should we mutually agree to move forward with this role, the pay will increase to $25.00 per hour.

  • Light butchering/food prep
  • Sausage making
  • Food packaging
  • Customer service (retail shop, farmers markets, pop ups, etc.)
  • Delivery driving
  • Farmers market operation
  • Shopify website management
  • Hot food service at pop ups and festivals
  • Social media management
  • Inventory management
  • Managing new staff in the future
  • Online advertising


We are looking to fill the position ASAP as we will be moving into the new space as early as June 1st, with farmers markets starting mid-to-late May.


The hiring process will consist of:

  • Followed by a short, preliminary interview via video conference (FaceTime or Google Meets)
  • Final decision and onboarding
