Who you are:


You are a strong technology leader who will be responsible for leading the innovation and development of all the key modules of our digital olfaction platform.

You will oversee the technology development across cross-functional teams including chemical sensors, aroma data engineering and IOT platforms.

Working closely with our medical devices team, you will facilitate our deeply innovative multi-disciplinary teams to work seamlessly and deliver our digital olfaction platform to be integrated into our medical product roadmap.


What You Will Do:

  • Develop and maintain the technology roadmap for Noze's digital olfaction platform, ensuring alignment with our commercial and business goals.
  • Lead the development and delivery of digital olfaction sensors, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, and safety requirements.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of odor data engineering and IOT platform, ensuring seamless integration with our AI engine.
  • Develop and maintain quality control processes for digital olfaction sensors and odor data, ensuring high standards are met and maintained.
  • Plan and execute research programs across all of our disciplines including chemical sensing materials, odor data generation and data annotation.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to drive the development of innovative solutions and ensure seamless integration with commercial goals.
  • Ensure that all technology initiatives are executed within budget and on schedule.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to drive the development of new technologies and ensure that Noze remains at the forefront of the industry.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and new technologies, and evaluate the potential impact on our technology strategy.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the technology team.

What you need:

  • BS (required), MS/PhD (preferred) in deep tech discipline such as chemoinformatics, bioinformatics or engineering physics
  • 10+ years of experience in a technology leadership role, with experience in the medical devices industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring teams of engineers and technologists.
  • Proven track record of delivering technology products and solutions ontime and within budget.
  • Experience in developing and delivering digital sensors, data engineering, and IOT platform, preferably in a medical device domain.
  • Good understanding of AI, IoT, and software development, with experience in product development and project management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate new technologies and opportunities.
  • Passion for innovation and a willingness to take risks and think outside the box.
