What you will be doing:

Support the APM in completing the Asset Protection Review within their designated region in all low and medium risk stores. In collaboration with store management and District Leaders/Asset Protection Manager, prepare follow-up corrective action plans to ensure that deficient areas are addressed at store level.Debrief with store management and staff on review findings. Evaluate store processes for areas of opportunity, review with store management and staff and mentor to correct performance.Complete health & safety audits in designated low and medium risk stores, communicate results to District Leaders and Asset Protection Manager. Conduct follow up as required based on AP strategy.Support all Loss Prevention security systems for all Rexall locations in respective geographic area.In conjunction with Asset Protection Manager ensure Asset Protection initiatives and programs are executed within regions stores.Support investigations occurring in your region by assisting with CCTV review, data collection and analysis.Identify and recommend appropriate courses of action to minimize potential threats or risks to the business identified through reviews.Support asset protection related initiatives and programs and implement solutions through a combination of applications including data analysis, audits, training programs and investigationsPerform other duties as assigned to support Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC

How you will succeed:

1 to 3 Years Loss Prevention, Asset Protection or equivalent Retail Operations experience Strong knowledge of Asset Protection, Store Operations Health and Safety training (preferred)Proven experience in communicating with all levels of managementSound decision making, bias for action, attention to detail, effective prioritization and executionComputer knowledge and advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and database managementValid class 5 license required
