This setup fosters brainstorming, problem-solving, and trusted relationships and allows our employees to come together three days a week to collaborate, innovate and thriveThe Business Relationship Manager (BRM) will be responsible for establishing and maintaining productive relationships between the Information Technology division and its stakeholders. This role involves understanding the business's needs, aligning them with the organization's objectives, and ensuring mutual benefits. The BRM acts as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments and vendors. Lead a team of Business and Reporting Analysts to support project and operational activities Understand business objectives and work with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Facilitate effective communication between the business and its stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding. Identify and address issues and concerns raised by stakeholders, providing timely and effective solutions. Collaborate with project teams to ensure stakeholder needs are met and projects are delivered successfully. Track and report on the performance of stakeholder relationships and business impact. Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Identify potential risks in stakeholder relationships and develop mitigation strategies. Provide training and support to stakeholders to enhance their engagement and satisfaction.

Education and Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in business relationship management, account management, or related roles. Strong understanding of information technology concepts, systems, and methodologies. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams. Experience in agile methodologies and leading agile projects is a plus. Experience in delivering reporting solutions for projects and stakeholders In-depth experience with Jira\Confluence\Jama Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of project management principles. Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to build and maintain trust with stakeholders. Proactive and results oriented. High degree of professionalism and integrity. Experience in within a Telco environment is an asset

Working Conditions

Generally comfortable working conditions. Moderate visual concentration in use of video display terminal. Must be willing to accept minimal travel to national and international locations.
