Requires a combination of time dedicated to working from the Toronto office and from a remote based work environment.
Summer ContractKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Followup on outstanding appraisal orders to ensure quick turnaround times.
- Keep lenders updated on the status of appraisal orders.
- Demonstrate superior customer service skills through telephone and electronic communications with industry partners, including lenders, brokers, and appraisers.
- Support the Underwriting Team through special projects and other operational functions within the Underwriting Centre, as required.
- Compile monthly reporting for internal customers.
- Respond to ad hoc requests for additional reporting.
- Provide general administrative services, as required.
- Perform other duties and assist with special projects, as required.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Follow established processes and procedures, with attention to detail.
- Demonstrate ability to manage time and work efficiently, multitasking effectively.
- Work independently but know when to ask for assistance or clarification.
- Monitor own work to ensure quality.
