Provide direct counseling services, consultation to ecclesiastical leaders, community resource development and referral, and support to other staff, while working under clinical supervision to obtain independent licensure. As approved, provide program supervision, ecclesiastical outreach, and professional training to other staff. Provide quality customer service and comply with policy, licensing requirements, and professional standards of practice. If position is categorized as on-call or part-time working hours are not to exceed 19 hours per week.

Fournir un service client de qualité et se conformer aux politiques, aux exigences en matière de licences et aux normes de pratique professionnelles. Si le poste est classé comme sur appel ou à temps partiel, les heures de travail ne doivent pas dépasser 19 heures par semaine. Ce poste permet une organisation du travail hybride.

Time in each responsibility will vary dependent upon location.
1. Provide direct clinical care under structured supervision working towards independent licensure
2. Provide consultation, and develop and maintain positive relationships with church leaders
3. Ensure legal, ethical and policy compliance
4. Identify and develop community resources
5. Responsible for own continued professional development
6. Protects and ensures client confidentiality
7. Develop and fulfill 'whole area service plan', including traveling to outlying areas and overnight as needed, working evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

2. Fournir des consultations, et développer et maintenir des relations positives avec les dirigeants de l'église

3. Garantir la conformité légale, éthique et politique

4. Identifier et développer les ressources communautaires

5. Responsable de son propre développement professionnel continu

6. Protège et assure la confidentialité des clients

7. Élaborer et exécuter un « plan de service pour toute la zone », y compris les déplacements vers les zones périphériques, organisé et géré son travail incluant la nuit, les soirées, les week-ends et les jours fériés, au besoin.

1. Masters' degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology or related degree that leads to clinical licensure
2. Associate, Intermediate/Interim license is required (ASW/CSW/MFT)
3. Obtain independent practice license within 3-5 years
4. Demonstrate basic clinical skills and receptiveness to feedback.
5. LDS Family Services Executive Council approval

6. Fluency in French language an asset.

Qualifications:
1. Maîtrise en travail social, thérapie conjugale et familiale, psychologie du counseling ou diplôme connexe menant à un permis d'exercice clinique

2. Une licence d'associé, intermédiaire/intérimaire est requise (ASW/CSW/MFT)

3. Obtenir une licence de pratique indépendante dans les 3 à 5 ans

4. Démontrer des compétences cliniques de base et être réceptif aux commentaires.

5. Approbation du Conseil exécutif des services à la famille LDS

6. Maîtrise de la langue française un atout.
