Your tasks at a glance

  • You present treatment options to prospective patients.
  • You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
  • You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely, and in a timely manner.
  • You enhance patient satisfaction by delivering personalized consultations, building rapport, and facilitating steps of their patient journey.
  • You are proficient in using computer tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and EMR systems for tasks such as results tracking, reporting, followups, and managing patientrelated activities.

A clear view of your assets

  • You have a broad background in customer service or retention in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, gyms, etc.
  • Your experience as an account manager or sales representative is considered an asset.
  • You have the desire to succeed while helping customers achieve their goals.
  • You are organized, resultsoriented, selfdisciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problemsolving skills.

Schedule:

You are available to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00, as well as Saturday in rotation.

Required:

You have excellent communication skills, you speak English
