**As an Account Transfer Administror, you will**:

- Initiate, follow-up and complete transfers
- Review daily and weekly transfer reports provided by Management
- Ensure any outstanding transfers are shared with management to make sure they are resolved in a satisfactory timeframe
- Notify any transfer requests to advisors on a daily basis
- Communicate with various Operational groups (Recurring Events, MIS, etc.) to ensure transfer outs are actioned properly and efficiently
- Maintain clear written and oral communication with branches, National Bank Financial, Operational groups and other financial institutions
- deposit of cheques and control account reconciliation, booking in mutual funds
- transfer documents and forward to National Bank for transfer outs/ RESPs/ RDSPs

**Knowledge and experience**:

- 1-2 years Account Transfer experience
- Clear written and oral communication skills
- Courteous and dynamic customer approach
- Works well within a team environment
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Be rigorous and organized
- Able to multi-task and change focus during the day, depending on volumes
- Provide ideas and suggestions on how to improve the service offering to the team
- Fundcom knowledge (optional)
- Basic knowledge of ISM, ATON, CDS (optional)
- Overtime may be required. Flexibility to assist with overtime as needed.
