  • Now Hiring: Stock Transfer Administrator_
Handle enquiries from security holders, their representatives, and the investment community


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Respond to enquiries which may include extensive research of various kinds of current and historical records.- Research on written enquiries concerning the replacement of lost or destroyed certificates.- Update status of each enquiry on the tracking system as the file progresses.- Respond to telephone enquiries as required.- Perform data entry as required.- Perform reinvestment duties as required.- Identify and inform the Supervisor of complaints as well as trends and opportunities to improve service levels, apparent by the nature and number of enquiries.- Develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of the services offered by clients to their security holders and keep up-to-date on circumstances which affect the security holders especially security transfer requirements.- Maintain and provide monthly statistics for fee and performance reporting purposes.- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS- Essential functions are typically performed in an office setting.- Noise level medium- Visual volume high- Lifting required rarely, less than 10 lbs- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS- 1+ year of similar administrative experience preferred- Financial services industry experience, an asset- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Bilingual English/French required- 5 Days/week at the Office.

This role is required to know a language other than French as TMX is an international organization with operations across the globe and its clients, shareholders, competitors, stakeholders, regulators and employees communicate in English.
