Comment vous façonnerez l'avenir du department Carton Couché:

- Gère les activités quotidiennes dans son secteur, y compris la planification, les assignations des tâches, la coordination de la maintenance, la qualification et la formation des opérateurs, et le troubleshooting des processus.
- Maximise la productivité et la fiabilité des équipements pour produire des produits qui répondent systématiquement aux exigences des clients.
- Réduit au minimum les pertes de processus et la production de mauvaise qualité grâce à des mesures correctives et préventives. Assure la conformité avec le système ISO.
- Gérer la planification des immobilisations et la mise en œuvre des projets d'investissement. Prise en charge et responsabilité de la mise en œuvre réussie et du démarrage des projets dans son secteur.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le service technique pour comprendre et répondre aux spécifications techniques et aux attentes des clients.
- Maintenir un programme de communications afin de tenir l'équipe au courant des priorités de l'usine et du service.

Vous serez quelqu'un qui peut apporter:

- Scolarité : Baccalauréat en génie chimique ou mécanique ou équivalent
- Expérience : 6 à 9 années d'expérience avec le diplôme universitaire. Au moins 10 années d'expérience sans diplôme universitaire.
- Bilinguisme : français et anglais
- Bonne capacité à gérer de multiples priorités tout en maintenant une attitude positive et un style de travail flexible.

How you'll shape the future of the Paperboard:

- Manages day-to-day activities in the area, including scheduling, work assignments, maintenance coordination, operator qualification and training, and process troubleshooting.
- Maximizes the productivity and reliability of equipment to produce product that consistently meet customer requirements.
- Minimizes process losses and off-quality production through corrective and preventive measures. Ensures compliance with ISO system.
- Optimizes financial returns and controls operating expenses. Prepares and manages annual budget for the area.
- Works closely with Technical department to understand and meet technical specification and customer expectations.
- Maintain a communications program to keep your team informed regarding mill and department priorities.

You'll be someone who can bring:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience: 6 to 9 years applicable experience with degree. At least 10 years' experience without degree
- Bilingual: English and French
- Good ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and flexible work style
