Charger logistics invests time and support into its employees to provide them with the room to learn and grow their expertise and work their way up. We are looking for a Modern Workplace Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team at Brampton location.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design, Implement & optimize End User Experience and Modern Workplace Technologies.
  • Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and technologies, including OKTA, Azure AD, and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions to enhance collaboration, communication, and productivity across the organization.
  • Experience in Microsoft Defender Suite, Conditional Access, DLP.
  • Administer, support, and resolve AD, Azure AD, GPO, DNS, IAM incidents related to End User Computing
  • Supporting and enhancing our Hybrid-Cloud device management platform.
  • Documenting solutions and creating knowledge base article on project delivery & transfer to operation
  • Ability to work in dynamic environment, prioritizing and multi-tasking effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator, with a focus on M365, Endpoint Security, IAM, and Active Directory.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365 productivity suite, particularly Exchange Online (Hybrid), OneDrive/SharePoint, Teams, and Security & Compliance features.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Windows Server, and related components.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be adaptable to change and quickly learn new software and adapt to new technologies.
