By merging software engineering with systems engineering principles, you will significantly influence product and infrastructure roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Site Reliability Engineers dedicated to enhancing developer productivity and creating tools that facilitate self-service and ownership.
  • Oversee professional services vendors, ensuring that deliverables are met within established timelines and budgets.
  • Manage operational processes for the triage, investigation, and resolution of all critical issues.
  • Promote and identify efficiencies in Cloud Adoption, ensuring alignment across diverse teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance to optimize cloud expenditures, secure platforms, and enhance stability through automation.
  • Standardize and advocate for reusable patterns, frameworks, and processes to facilitate the onboarding of additional applications to the cloud.
Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of driving change.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, networking, security, operations, and design patterns.
  • Background in leading teams within high-volume, complex, consumer-facing environments.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across various organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting, mentoring, and motivating a technology services team.
