JOB SUMMARY:

What you'll be doing:

Corporate Communications:

  • Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies to enhance our company's visibility and reputation.
  • Manage the creation of corporate communications, including press releases, media relations, corporate and marketing newsletters, and executive presentations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to craft presentations and internal communications.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain and enhance the corporate brand to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to integrate brand strategy into marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across the organization.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic adjustments.

Social Media:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
  • Create and curate compelling content that resonates with our target audiences and aligns with the company's brand and objectives.
  • Analyze social media performance and refine strategies based on data insights.

Events:

  • Plan and execute all corporate events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and corporate meetings.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics (coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and speakers) to ensure flawless and successful execution.
  • Evaluate event success to provide detailed reports on outcomes and recommendations for future improvements.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate marketing, communications, brand management, or related roles in a B2B enterprise Technology company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of comprehensive marketing principles.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and developing engaging content.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be a creative thinker with flawless attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced and evolving environment.
  • Proficiency with marketing technology such as Google Analytics, Canva, Asana.
  • Proficiency with Adobe suite of products is an asset.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.
This is a full-time and permanent position.
