Your Job
- Undertake data collection, preprocessing and analysis, benchmarking to optimize the business line's positioning in the Canadian market
- Monitor and report deposit pricing practices and market trends
- Support Cash Management Directors' interactions in the negotiation, structuring and integration of new volumes and relationships into CRM
- Improve current tools to ensure a global view of the Corporate Investment Banking's deposits and cash management activities
- Structure and document business rules that would allow potential opportunities for Development and Analytics team to build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
- Prepare documentation and presentation decks for internal submissions and approval by certain committees
- Participate in customer meetings and presentations
- Optimize and create periodic process reviews related to certain deposit and cash management products & activities
- Coordinate the integration of new products into internal systems in collaboration with the various business sectors
Your Team
This position is based in our Montreal office and reports to the Managing Director and Head of Corporate Development and Business Management, Corporate & Investment Banking. As part of the team, you will contribute to the success of the strategic initiatives and projects of over 350 CIB professionals across Canada. We promote a team-player attitude, collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate well-developed entrepreneurial spirit, leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trusted business relationships with internal and external partners.

Basic Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration or related and 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Cash Management and Corporate Banking activities
- Knowledge of banking products
- Interest in the Financial Markets
- Experience using business intelligence tools
- Database management, analytical skills and a strong desire to learn
- Well-developed entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated leadership and teamwork. Focused on customer experience and delivering tangible results
- Strong demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships (cooperation, mobilization, influence)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
