To complete all work as directed by members of the Food & Beverage management team, and other duties as assigned.

To work in both a safe manner and in a safe environment, as set out by company policy and Workplace Health & Safety statutory requirements.

To carry out any and all duties within the general scope and purpose of the job so designated by the Director of Food & Beverage and Resort policy.

To follow all departmental and resort policies as they relate to you.
Report and rectify any guest concerns or complaints. Ensure that all side duties and proper levels of mis en place are completed for the next shift.
Report any questionable misconduct or behaviour to your supervisor immediately.
Previous experience in casual fine dining an asset.
High school level English communication skills
Food handling certification an asset but not required.
First Aid/CPR certification an asset but not required.
Indoors and outdoors in the spring/summer and fall weather conditions on covered patio, dining room and conference rooms.
Moving furniture when preparing special arrangements.
Must be willing to work multiple shifts including, morning, afternoon, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Bonus upon completion of your contract
