- Create and update electrical drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Design electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and grounding systems.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design requirements are met.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring designs are completed on time and within budget.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical input and updates.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and manuals.
- Maintain accurate records of design changes and updates.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to project teams and management
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or a diploma as an Electrical Technologist.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in protection and control, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Experience in relay programming, testing, and commissioning in the medium voltage range.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
