About the Team & Business Line:

Citco Bank provides fully integrated transaction, deposit, foreign exchange and credit facilities to our Fund Services and Governance Services clients.

Operating in strategic global centres Citco Bank provides access to best of breed process and technology.


As a core member of our Banking team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operational risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery across banking services.


Your Role**:

  • You will provide exceptional, ongoing support to the Trading team in every aspect of the daily services offered to Citco's expanding client base. You must be able to clearly demonstrate the ability to prioritize an evervarying workload in a pressurized, timesensitive environment.
  • Manage document control functions including scanning, faxing and shipping within established timeframes
  • Produce end of day document reconciliation reports for the Trading Department
  • Assist with vault control including recording and handling of all share certificates for CBCAN
  • Manage incoming FATCA queries and respond to investment manager/admin requests for FATCA compliant tax forms
  • Provide various daily reporting for the Trading Department including highlighting outstanding swift alerts and escalating them to the appropriate individual
  • Provide downstream administrative support for the Management Team, New Accounts, Finance and Relationship Manager
  • Perform additional ad hoc duties may be required at the manager's discretion.

About You:

  • You must have a postsecondary degree or relevant experience in financial services, banking or similar role.
  • Good understanding of Financial Markets/Funds Business (would be an advantage)
